Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Work on system-qualified leads of already registered users.
- Convert free-tier users to paid memberships or upgrade their current plans.
- Sales Communication:
- Use diverse communication channels (phone, chat, video call) to engage users effectively.
- Adapt to the preferred communication style of users to build rapport and trust.
- CRM Management:
- Accurately log interactions, updates, and sales details in CRM software.
- Ensure proper documentation for follow-ups and reporting.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets by selling high-value membership plans.
- Focus on providing tailored counselling to match user needs with the product’s value.
- Quality Standards:
- Adhere to communication quality metrics (e.g., professionalism, responsiveness, product knowledge).
- Consistently deliver a high standard of service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Profit Maximization:
- Increase lead conversion rates through effective sales strategies.
- Optimize call and chat handling to boost revenue potential.
Success Strategies:
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of membership plans and their benefits.
- Highlight unique selling points (e.g., better matchmaking, priority features).
- User Understanding:
- Analyse user profiles and preferences to personalize pitches.
- Address objections and provide compelling reasons to upgrade.
- Upselling Skills:
- Propose higher-value plans based on user requirements and purchasing power.
- Follow-Up:
- Schedule timely follow-ups to close sales effectively.
